What is a typical weekday like?
With the tremendous diversity of programs, courses, activities and recreation on all campuses, it is difficult to describe A Typical Weekday at Jr Discovery but we will try. 8:00 – 9:00am – All-You-Can eat breakfast 9:00 – 9:15am – All Group Meeting 9:30 – 10:45am – Interactive Skills For Mind Workshop 1 11:15 – 12:30pm – Interactive Skills For Mind Workshop 2 12:30 – 1:30pm – All-You-Can eat lunch 1:30 – 2:15pm – Hang Time/Mail Call/On-Line Time 2:30 – 3:45pm – Interactive Skills For Body Workshop 4:30 – 6:00pm – Afternoon activity and recreation time – A choice between 3-6 activities daily. 6:00 – 7:00pm – All-You-Can eat dinner. 7:00 – 8:00pm – RC Group Meetings / Discussions / Escorted Town Time / Early Eve Recreation / Project Time 8:00 – 10:00pm – Prime Time Activity – A choice of up to 5 evening activities both on and off campus. 10:00pm – Late Night Munchies and Dorm Check-in Please note times are approximate and vary from campus to campus.
