What is a typical payment schedule? Do I have to pay for everything upfront?
At the start of the project and as part of the contract, we provide you with a list of progress payments based on the work stages (e.g. framing, finish of drywall, painting, etc.). When each work stage is completed, we bill you for a progress payment. The final progress payment is due upon completion of the punch list.
