What is a typical hour lesson like with EBI?
A. It depends on what the child is attending the lesson for. If it’s for hitting we will go over the basic fundamentals of hitting and allow him graduate to more advanced skills as time goes on. We use the tee for tee work, and wiffle balls for training, plus we were work on numerous amounts of hitting drills plus a lot of time in the cage. Pitching is very concentrated on treatment of arm and body exercises and stretches. Before anyone takes the mound we make sure they are properly stretched. Our instructors concentrate on the fundamentals of pitching and then work on more advanced skills of the position and how to pitch to certain batters in certain situations.
