INFORMATION GATHERING-client completes and sends in Journey Tree Client Survey, along with documents (recent income tax return statement, investment account statements, and anything else to give us a good sense of your financial goals and current situation), or our office helps gather and record data from statements, etc. ASSESSMENT MEETING & SIGNING OF AGREEMENT-client discusses specific needs and goals, and signs General Advisory Services Agreement that explains our services and fees. PLAN PRESENTATION-meeting to review the financial plan and, if no further planning is needed, we determine how to implement recommendations. Plans do not recommend specific investments, only types of investments. PERIODIC REVIEW of client’s needs and situation, and revision of financial plan if needed.
