What is a typical Boot Camp class like?
Each session consists of a mixture of exercises that will increase your strength, stability, flexibility/range of motion, speed, agility, balance, power and more while keeping your heart rate at a higher level to build a stronger heart, lungs and burn more calories. We will do some running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Remember, the ultimate goal is to increase your muscle mass and reduce body fat, but also build a stronger heart and lungs to create a stronger body head to toe. We make it a point to use a variety of exercises each session so you are never bored! Our sessions will include some nutritional guidance and personal goal setting. You will get 100% safe and professional instruction and coaching from Cornerstone PF Certified Trainers.
