What is a troop committee?
The troop committee is a group of three to five people who register with the troop to help the leader with the activities of the troop. The troop committee may help the troop with special projects, find adults with special skills, fill in for the leader, telephone members in the troop, help with troop finances, coordinate troop cookie and fall product sales or serve as an outdoor specialist.
