OUR TBI SERVICES: A Traumatic Brain Injury Service Coordinator will assist the waiver participant in identifying and coordinating rehabilitation supports and services. INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING One-on-one support is provided to focus on increasing independence in practical skills, such as cooking, shopping, banking, etc. TBI rehabilitation Services may include: assessment, training and supervision of, or assistance to, an individual who had brain injury and needs training in any of the following: self-care, task completion, communication, medication management, community transportation skills
