A Topulist is a list of favorites on any topic that all users can create and contribute to. Topulist topics can be created by filling in the blank: What (or who) is your favorite ________? For example: topics for Topulists can be “Movie”, “Book”, “Brand Of Jeans”, “Author”. A Topulist is not a survey, it is always a list of absolute favorites. Each list’s entries of favorites are in order based on popularity. For example, the “Movie” Topulist is a list of movies where the movie(s) listed on number 1 has the most votes and is thus most popular.
