What is a TOPSoccer Buddy?
Buddies are specially trained helpers who assist players on the field to participate in games/activities. They do not “play” for the player, they help players actively participate. Most buddies are soccer players (boys and girls), and understand the game and are trained to optimize the special needs player’s participation. Parents/Guardians and Caregivers are allowed to be Buddies with their own player, but are encouraged to just sit back, relax and watch their kids have fun playing soccer. However, if relaxing is not your “cup of tea”, we could always use your help in keeping TOPSoccer running smoothly in other ways.
