What is a Top Dog account, and what is the difference between that and a Top Dog Pro account?
The Top Dog Club is an account for Small Dog customers which allows you to earn Top Dog Club Treats with each order on Smalldog.com, in our retail stores, or over the phone. You may also view your order history and track shipments online. Anyone and everyone is welcome to sign up for a Top Dog Club account, though there is no obligation to sign up for an account in order to make a purchase.* (*current Apple products excluded) However, due to restrictions made by Apple, Inc., in order to purchase current Apple Products, you must upgrade from a Top Dog to a Top Dog Pro account. To receive a Top Dog Pro account, you must be a previous customer. We currently have retail stores in Waitsfield, VT, and South Burlington, VT, so please pay us a visit if you’re in the area.
