Answer Sharon a tip up is a balance move a lead up or training move that you practice before doing a hand stand it is done by squatting down with your legs outside your arms and arms straight under your shoulders leaning your weight forward and resting your knees on your elbows as they bend forward and you tip your hips up and your forehead and the front part of your head to a 3 point stance on the mat upside down hands and head on the mat.
