What is a tenderbox?

0

A tenderbox consists of a secure area of disk space used for storing documents. Documents can be uploaded into a tenderbox both by the Buyer, who creates the tenderbox, and by other parties (Suppliers) who have been invited to do so by the Buyer. Access to a tenderbox is controlled by the Vault system. Buyers do not have access to documents which have been uploaded by Suppliers until the opening date/time has passed.
