Voluntary agencies are permitted to utilize employees (including deemed employees) or volunteers prior to receiving the results from the CBC unit, once fingerprints are submitted to OMRDD. OMRDD requirements restrict the persons activities and mandate oversight during this period. Temporarily approved status is not available for employees of registered providers.
