What is a teleconference/webinar? What special equipment is needed?
The teleconference/webinar format offers two options for participation. You can listen via telephone, following along with speaker handouts you have downloaded prior to the program. Or you can listen via telephone and view the speaker-controlled PowerPoint presentations online using a PC or laptop with Internet access (no downloads or plug-ins required). Registration includes access to a single phone line and Internet connection to the presentation — you may invite an unlimited number of staff at your office location and pay just one registration fee.
