Its an automatic weapon, that the map maker can put in the map. Every team cannon has a team color assigned. When a member of the opposite team comes in range, the cannon will start firing at him automatically. There are 2 types of team-cannons: A minigun type and a plasmaball (shockrifle secondary) type. You can disable a team cannon temporary by repeated firing at it.
