What is a Taiko Co-Op?
We are a group of Taiko players committed to promoting Taiko and sharing enthusiasm, while helping each other to improve our collective Taiko skills. If you have enthusiasm, we want you! About Us: The Tucson Taiko Kyokai was formed by 5 people who owe their taiko knowledge to training with: • Esther Vandecar – Fushicho Daiko; • PJ and Roy Hirabayashi – San Jose Taiko • Kenny Endo • Tanaka Sensei • Tucson Taiko Juku; • Tiffany Tamaribuchi …and others! We hope to continue to grow in our taiko skills, and appreciate the learning we have received from the truly talented taiko players that we have been lucky to have met. Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu!
