What is a “systems-built” (modular) home?
The term modular refers to the assembly of a home in “room modules” or boxes, in a factory. All American Homes are built in state-of-the-art construction facilities. They use computerized saws for precision cuts. Jig systems ensure that their floors, walls, and roof trusses are straight and true. Expandable foam adhesive is used to install ceiling drywall to the roof system rather than nails or screws. This method is stronger and there will never be any nails or screws to pop in the ceiling. These are just a few of the many construction advantages they have over a site-built home.
