What is a sustaining membership?
A sustaining membership is a great way to support WUWM. A sustaining member agrees to make a monthly contribution of $5 or more to WUWM on an ongoing basis via a bank account or a quarterly contribution via a credit card. Your gifts will be automatically transferred – no more renewal notices! Sustaining memberships provide WUWM with a steady, reliable source of income that we can count on month after month. Also, supporting WUWM this way cuts costs, which allows more of your contribution to go directly to the programming you love.
A Sustaining Membership is a three year subscription to our farm, paid in advance. This membership offers you a fixed rate, so that you will not pay any additional costs over those three seasons. We offer this subscription to help us make improvements to the farm, such as purchasing additional equipment and building or repairing farm structures. To set up your Sustaining Membership, fill up our printable sign up page and mail it in along with your payment.
Sustaining Memberships help support Minnesota Public Radio with your contributions. They are designed to renew automatically, at the same time every year. You simply use a credit card or bank account to set up a contribution schedule that works for you. These regular contributions continue until you either want to change the amount or stop the payments. Sustaining Memberships save on paper and postage, since we don’t need to send letters to remind you about your renewal date. As a result, more of your member dollars go to programming. Sustaining Memberships also allow you to spread your contribution out over the course of the year.
