What is a surcharge?

0

A surcharge is an additional premium charge, for a limited number of years, as a result of violations, suspensions or accidents on the driving record of any driver covered under your policy.

0

A surcharge is only charged when you are a new student and ordering your first book for the first time. The surcharge does not apply to continuing students or purchases on other items that are not books. The only way to avoid the charge would be to pay using a Credit Card, exact cash, and or check. You may use a check or exact cash but only for in-store pick ups.
