What is a Supra Lockbox?
Supra Lockboxes hold the keys to your home that will allow Realtors to access your home when you are not around to show prospective buyers. Supra Lockboxes are electronic and can only be opened by Realtors, certain Pest Control Companies, Appraisers and Inspectors. Anyone but Realtors will need a CBS code which will be in your documents returned to you. The Supra Lockbox can be accessed by Office Personnel for security reasons. Each Lockbox must be placed where it can be easily removed once the home is sold. DO NOT attach the lockbox to a permanent fixture.
