What is a sub-list?
Sub-list is short for subcontractors list. The sub-list is a form that lists all subcontractors used for a project. If the project was completed by a homeowner, a sub-list is still required indicating No subcontractors were used. Sub lists must be presented to and approved by the Business License Division prior to a building final inspection. Sub-lists may be submitted by mail, faxed 714 765-4664 or submitted at the Business License counter.
