SHAs work under the supervision of the Director of Health Services and are considered part of the Student Development student staff. SHAs are on call from 5 p.m. until 8 a.m. on weekdays and from 5 p.m. Friday until 8 a.m. Monday on weekends. SHAs understand, follow, and sign the statement of confidentiality upon beginning employment with Manchester College Health Services.
