What is a student educational contract (SEC)?
When you apply for DSP&S services, you and your Specialist will develop a personal plan for your education. This is called a SEC (Student Education Contact). It will include information about your academic and career goals and objectives, a description of the courses, programs, or activities decided upon by you and your Specialist, accommodations for the use of appropriate instructional materials and equipment, and a description of how your progress in the program will be monitored.
