A stream network is a representation of drainage paths calculated by one of two CatchmentSIM algorithms. Stream networks can be calculated at different scales by using different Stream Area Threshold (SAT) values and are important for calculation of hydrologic and topographic parameters such as drainage density, channel slopes etc.
