What is a special order item?
Special Order items are those items not normally requested and therefore are usually not in kept in stock. “Special Order” items carry a 20% Factory Re-Stocking Fee if the item is returned. If a product you ordered is a “Special Order” item, you will be notified BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED WITH THE FACTORY regarding the 20% restocking fee charge policy.
Some products are available by Special Order only and will be indicated in the product information. • Special order items are not kept in stock and must be ordered from the designer once a customer requests the item. The time it takes for us to receive the item from the designer depends on the item ordered and the period of time needed to manufacture it. You will receive an email indicating the expected arrival time for the item. • Full payment is required prior to us ordering the item. • All Special Orders are non-refundable once we have ordered the item from the designer. • On each Special Order product page, there will always be an estimated delivery date. (We state the dates provided by the designer of the specific item.) Occasionally delays can occur. If the date should change, we will notify you by email. • Once the product arrives at FFF headquarters, all Special Orders are shipped out the same day.
