What is a Smartphone?
Although somewhat difficult to define, the term Smartphone usually refers to a high-end, full-featured cellular phone with personal computer-like functionality. Cellular phones have evolved from a device used only for voice communications to Smartphones that, along with voice capability, tend to include e-mail access, Internet access, built-in camera, contact management software, navigation software, and the ability to access documents in a variety of formats such as PDF or Microsoft Office.
