What is a Small Business Subcontracting Plan?
A Small, Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone and Women-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be required if the proposed contract exceeds a total estimated cost of $550,000 for the entire period of performance. It is a plan to be developed in conjunction with UCSD’s Purchasing Department on how small businesses will be utilized in the purchases of supplies and services to be used for the project. Provide Anthony Singleton in the Purchasing Department with the budget and coordinate with him on the options available for meeting this government requirement.
