What is a simple way to make spinach taste good?
If you can get raw spinach, then a lot of the other suggestions are good. Here are my frozen spinach suggestions: Thaw it, drain it (squeeze out all the excess moisture) and heat it with 1 T. olive oil and one clove of chopped garlic. If you like anchovies, mince one and toss it in. If you like things spicy, add a little crushed red pepper. Right before you serve it, squeeze a wedge of lemon over it. It’ll be much better than plain boiled. You can also toast some walnuts and then sautee them with the thawed, drained spinach in a little olive oil. Red onion or one roasted red pepper slice (from a jar), diced, would be good in the pan, too!
