What is a similarity between Bohr Rutherford Diagrams and Energy Level Diagram.. for the atom phosphorous?

The similarities might be the fact that Bohr’s diagrams and the Energy Level diagram use an electronic configuration to put elements in the order of their energy level. In my opinion the most important thing you need to know is : Bohr model is based on hydrogen and the Energy Level Diagram is based on other elements apart from hydrogen. I know phosphorous has an electron configuration of 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6, and I also know that using Energy Level diagram to show energy levels of different elements is correct; however, Bohr Diagrams are not.
