What is a shopping basket?
A. The shopping basket is the term www.reidys.com uses to describe the system that records the items you click ‘BUY’ on. You can see what is in your shopping basket by clicking on ‘Shopping Basket’ on the navigation bar. When the shopping basket screen comes up you will be shown what you have selected to buy and the quantities. You can check to see if everything you want is in the list and that the quantity is correct for each item. If you change your mind and want to remove an item form the shopping basket then change the quantity of the item to 0. If you want more than one of a particular product then amend the quantity for that product to the number you want. IMPORTANT: You must press the ‘UPDATE’ button after changing the quantities of any item, otherwise the changes WILL NOT take effect. After you press ‘UPDATE’ the screen will update to include the changes you have made.
