What is a shared folder and why do I need to set up a shared folder?
With Shared Folders you can easily share files with your friends or colleagues. When you share a folder, a guest user can access the host folder as if the folder was guest’s PC drive. Shared Folders allow teams to exchange files fast and securely. Here at the steps to do that. • Select a folder at My Storage • Click on the folder and select “Share” • Send Notification to the user you want to share the folder with • Sharing is enabled • To disable sharing, click on the folder and press “Disable Share” Here is an example of how shared folders work.
