What is a session of Rolfing like?
A session will usually start with a short check-in to find out how your body is feeling and working since your last session. Then we will discuss our goals for the session, and what we will be working on. You will then get onto the table, and we will do the actual work of adjusting your body. At the end of the session, there will often be time to discuss things to work on during the following week, such as simple exercises, stretches, or things to pay attention to in your body.
