What is a service fee and does my spouse need to be served?
Sometimes a third party needs to give the documents to your spouse. Typically this happens if there is a communication problem between the parties or if a time limit is needed for the spouse to respond to the documents. We use a constable or a Sheriff to serve the documents because Utah has certain requirements for proper service.
