At least one Scout Counselor must attend with the Patrol and pay the fees for the user pay Program. the Activity Leaders will assign Scout Counselors their duties as required. Only those Scout Counselors, who have paid their user fees will participate in “User Pay” Programs. We emphasize that Scout Counselors MUST accompany their Patrol to all Activities!
