What is a Scheduled Payment (AutoPay)?
Also known as AutoPay, Schedule Payments is an Official Payments’ Internet feature exclusively for customers who have registered and established a My Account profile. Schedule Payments/AutoPay is an automated payment feature that enables the convenient scheduling of future payments, both on a one-time and recurring basis. Once you have registered and set up a one time or recurring payment no further action is required. Your payments will be made on time, every time, through our secure system. You will receive e-mail notification of upcoming payments and a confirmation e-mail once each payment has been processed. The Schedule Payments/AutoPay feature can be accessed any time by clicking on the Schedule Payments link in the features and services menu on the left side of the page.
