What is a sand base and how is it properly made?
To properly make a sand base, follow these steps: • Spread a layer of concrete sand or stone dust no more than 15 mm (5/8″) to 25 mm (1″) thick • Level the concrete sand or stone dust using a straight plank and two previously placed pipes no more than 25 mm (1″) in diameter For more information on making a sand base, see our installation guide.
