What is a rudraksha mala?
Rudraksha seeds have been worn by sages, saints, devotees, and seekers for thousands of years. They’re revered for their healing and meditative properties. The ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda teaches that wearing rudraksha is beneficial to your heart and nerves. It relieves high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, and lack of concentration. A mala is an aid in meditation or prayer. You repeat a word, mantra, or prayer as each bead passes through your fingers. I made the first one for myself. Right away, I started a 40-day practice with it.
