What is a Royal Caribbean Members cruise?

0

When you go on a Royal Caribbean cruise you have the option of joining the cruise line’s frequent cruiser program which is called the Crown and Anchor Society. Its a free membership just like the airline frequent flier clubs. The membership benefits have 4 tiers depending upon the number of cruises you have taken. One of the benefits of membership is discounts on cruises AND occasionally there are special cruises called “member cruises” which afford Crown and Anchor members big discounts or special rates. The cruises are open to everyone (including non-Crown & Anchor passengers) but the members get a special price. If you are not a member when you book you can go but when you do board the ship you can join and be a member. And that’s to your advantage for future cruising because of the discount and other benefits, like priority in boarding and disembarking the ship, gifts, and special cocktail parties for members only on all cruises.
