What is a Retirement Coordinator and what do they do?
A Retirement Coordinator is a person your employer has designated to serve as a liaison between your employer and State Retirement Agency. This person can provide you with retirement forms, distribute retirement literature, and direct you to various sources of information within the State Retirement Agency. Your PIN is the month and year of your enrollment in your retirement plan. It is used to access personal account information available through our Interactive Voice Response telephone system. When you call our main numbers of 410-625-5555 or 1-800-492-5909 you will be given some menu options. Menu option 3 is personal account information.
