A restricted dock is a dock that you are not allowed to stay at. For example a gas dock, a restaurant dock, another persons private mooring or slip, a private dock, etc. Your own dock, slip or mooring is not a restricted dock. Your membership will cover a tow or service from a restricted dock 100%.
