What is a restocking fee?
Many retailers will charge a restocking fee to cover the time and their costs to process the returned product. The Exhibitor may waive this fee if you request an exchange for another product and they should waive it if the product is defective and you return it within the Exhibitor’s return period (if they have one, otherwise you will have to return a defective product by contacting the manufacturer directly). Our shows feature different computer wholesalers, retailers and distributors selling primarily IBM-compatible computer hardware, software, accessories and services. Each exhibitor has its own set of policies and warranties; therefore, we are unable to give specific information.
