What is a research and and analysis project?
Research is the first part of a study for example where you gather data by compiling a questionnaire or survey. Analysis is the conclusion or conclusions you draw after having sifted through the gathered data. Eg in accounting a potential project could be focussing on advertising within business, therefore the study could be “how much money is spent by retail companies (eg sportswear manufacturers) on different sorts of advertising then identifying which of these companies has the highest profit margin and therefore you could draw conclusions about whether a particular type of advertising (eg on tv or billboards) or a particular advertising company (eg Saatchi and Saatchi) is directly correlated to the largest profit margins.
