[OWNER.LOK] Eudora doesn’t like to access the same “mail drop” from more than one computer at one time. To prevent this, when you start Eudora, it creates a file named OWNER.LOK within your Eudora folder (where the EUDORA.INI file and mailbox files reside, among other files and folders). Under normal circumstances, this file is deleted when you exit from Eudora. If at some time in the past, you were running Eudora and it was abnormally terminated (due to an auto-logout, for example), the OWNER.LOK file will not be deleted, and typically whatever you choose to do from the aforementioned dialog will not work correctly. In such cases, the only choice is to delete the OWNER.LOK file “manually”. Before you delete this file, make sure you’re really only accessing the system from a single computer. Whe
