It takes this data and stores it on an Internet Server via a CPRS connection. A service person can then use the DesignLine Data monitoring software and connect up to the server. Once connected, the service person can view the data feeds live from the bus. This allows real time monitoring of the bus in service and allows them to advise the driver should any action be required. This is a worldwide connection and allows DesignLine staff from anywhere in the world to dial into a bus anywhere in the world and provide technical assistance. It also stores this data on the server, which can be retrieved and reviewed.
