What Is a Reiki Level I Class?
In the Reiki Level I Class, participants learn the history of the Usui System of Reiki Healing, the basic hand positions for Reiki, and ways to use Reiki in their own lives and in service to others. The only prerequisites for learning the Usui System of Reiki Healing are openness, the desire to learn, and a commitment to use Reiki in one’s personal life. The class is taught in no less than four three-hour sessions.
