A RESC is a public education agency created under Connecticut state statue for the main purpose of “cooperative action to furnish programs and services” to public school districts. RESCs’ cost efficient, cooperative efforts have saved money for Connecticut school districts for the past 38 years and have assisted schools in expanding services beyond what they could accomplish on their own.
