What is a Reemployment Status Review, and who conducts these reviews?
A Reemployment Status Review is a review to determine whether an injured worker is at risk of not returning to work. It is the carrier’s responsibility to conduct the review and submit its findings to the Bureau at intervals specified in the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law. Rehabilitation services providers do not conduct Reemployment Status Reviews.
