What is a recruitment process like at Inditex?
Each recruitment process has a different dynamic according to the position we are looking to fill, the time period available and the number of candidates. For the store team: both the store manager and the local heads of human resources carry our recruitment processes. Mainly they consider CV’s received in the stores in the city and the candidates who are in the InditexJobs database. Candidates are normally contacted by telephone to check their interest and availability. Individual or group interviews are then arranged. Candidates who are selected are contacted to inform them of the working conditions (timetable, salary, training plan, etc.), and the professional project.
