The Reclaim is a process whereby any remaining funds from a destroyed EntroPay Virtual Card are credited to the Default EntroPay Virtual Card. When an EntroPay Virtual Card is destroyed, it will show as a Pending Reclaim in your transaction history until the funds have been cleared and credited to your Default EntroPay Virtual Card.
