I’ve been looking for a pound cake recipe I can use in the bread machine but have been unable to find one. It would be much appreciated if anyone can give me a recipe or a website that has some on it. This question was asked on Yahoo a while ago and answered by Christopher K who studied at Le Cordon Bleu. The person requesting the information did have a special attachment on her bread machine to make cakes. Here was his response along with the recipe I found for a crock pot pound cake. Carrot cakes that are made in crockpots can be adapted to bread machines, with no adjustments…..You should be able to find some crockpot cake recipes that you can make in a crockpot, so I don’t know why you couldn’t do it in a bread machine….
